Adam Hurley

Prior to joining Utility Global, Adam Hurley successfully led the finance and accounting organizations of high-growth Dream Harvest and mature, publicly listed Basic Energy Services. Hallmarks of his leadership are developing purpose-built teams and executing financing and M&A transactions. Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Mr. Hurley was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Intrepid Financial Partners. Before that, Mr. Hurley was an officer in the U.S. Army, most notably as a Special Forces team leader and an infantry platoon leader. Mr. Hurley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.
