Sandeep Menon-P.E., MBA has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Sandeep has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Lead Piping Engineer at Vijay Industries & Projects Limited in 1998. Sandeep later worked as a Lead Piping Engineer at Ion Exchange India Ltd before joining Worley as a Lead Piping Engineer in the downstream sector. Sandeep then transitioned to a Senior Piping Engineer role at Wood, focusing on midstream and downstream projects. Sandeep returned to Worley as a Sr. Piping Stress Engineer in the upstream sector, and eventually took on the position of Dy Dept. Manager-Piping/Pipeline/Mech, Project/Lead Engineer at Technip. At Worley, Sandeep held the position of Dy. Dept Manager, Project/Principal Engineer-Piping/Pipeline, overseeing upstream, midstream, and downstream projects in addition to mentoring and recruiting young engineers. Sandeep later joined L&T Technology Services Limited as a Project Engineer and Engineer of Record-Plant Engineering-Oil and Gas. Sandeep's most recent positions include Senior Lead Piping Engineer at Linde Engineering and Director-Detail Engineering at Utility Global. Their experience spans over two decades and showcases their expertise in detail engineering, project management, and leadership in the engineering industry.

Sandeep Menon-P.E., MBA has a diverse education history. Sandeep obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Oil and Gas from UPES, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, Sandeep attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1997 for a short period to study Piping Engineering. Sandeep had previously completed their undergraduate education at Nagpur University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Sandeep also holds several certifications. Sandeep obtained a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in April 2021. Sandeep is also a licensed Professional Engineer, having received their certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in December 2010.
