Kevin Jennings

Dr. Kevin Jennings is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational leadership with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal at Okeda Consulting and as a Lecturer in Leadership and Management at IBAT College Dublin, along with an Adjunct Faculty position at Henley Business School, Dr. Jennings has substantially contributed to talent management and development initiatives at Utopia Music and Study Group, where Dr Kevin held leadership roles. Previous experience includes positions such as Chief Knowledge Officer at Oneview Healthcare and VP of Learning and Development at ICON plc, as well as a focus on learning design at Google. Dr. Jennings holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Education Technology from Trinity College Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute.
