Manoj Salian

Manoj Salian is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as the Senior Logistics Manager at Uttam Galva Steels Ltd. since December 2010. In this role, Manoj leads logistics for the Khopoli and Taloja plants, overseeing transport operations for outbound dispatch across India with a monthly volume of 60,000 metric tons. Key responsibilities include finalizing commercial contracts through e-auctions, managing ocean export container freight negotiations, vendor validation, and budget control. Prior to this, Manoj held various positions at Transworld Group of Companies from April 1998 to October 2010, including Commercial Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Executive Accounts, focusing on shipping agency operations and freight account management. Manoj holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management & Logistics from Garware Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
