Jessica Reese

Jessica Reese has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Jessica currently holds the position of VP Sales, Small Format, Food Service & Specialty at Utz Brands, Inc. which they started in April 2023. Prior to this role, they were the VP Sales, Small Format at the same company from April 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Utz Brands, Jessica worked at Daymon from January 2015 to November 2017 as a National Sales Director.

In addition, Jessica accumulated a significant amount of experience at ConAgra Foods where they held various positions including Director of Sales from June 2014 to January 2015, Director Revenue Growth Management from August 2011 to March 2013, Customer Business Planning Manager from July 2010 to August 2011, National Account Manager from August 2008 to July 2011, Sales Manager, Convenience from January 2007 to August 2008, and Sales Rep I & II and Key Account Manager from May 2002 to December 2006.

Notably, during their tenure at ConAgra Foods, they played a key role in implementing trade spend processes, price pack architecture, and price and promo guidelines. Jessica also oversaw the implementation of a new ERP system and a third-party TPM/TPO application.

From 1998 to 2002, Jessica Reese attended Texas A&M University, where they pursued a degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus on Food and Fiber Marketing.
