Les Davis has had a long career in the snack food industry, starting as a Route Sales Representative at Herr Foods Inc. in August 1988. In November 2000, Les transitioned to Utz Quality Foods where Les currently holds multiple sales-related titles such as Sales Operations Training Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Route Sales Supervisor, and Route Sales Representative. Davis has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in the sales operations field over the years.
