Nagy Y. has over 20 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing operations. Nagy'smost recent role was as the Senior Director of Engineering at Farmer Brothers, where they provided strategic direction, established production standards, and implemented lean manufacturing processes. Prior to that, Nagy held various leadership positions at companies such as Taylor Farms, The Coca-Cola Company, AAK, McCain Foods, and The Hain Celestial Group. In these roles, they managed daily operations, implemented continuous improvement programs, handled budgets and expenses, and led engineering teams. Nagy has a proven track record of improving safety, efficiency, and profitability in manufacturing operations. Nagy will be joining Utz Brands, Inc. in 2023 as the VP of Engineering.

Nagy Y. completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport between the years 1994 and 1999.
