Olamide Aromire

Olamide Aromire is currently the People Operations Lead at Uvest, where she has implemented team expansion initiatives resulting in growth. She manages talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, records management, Health and safety, employee relations and retention, creating a well-structured work environment. Olamide also works as a Virtual Assistant at Upwork, providing organisational support, handling email accounts, posting on classified ads platforms, and creating company profiles. In the past, she interned at Lagos State Development and Property Corporation engaging with clients, and at Lagos State University as a Library Intern updating book records on computers. Olamide holds a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Ibadan.
