Janelle Wenzel

Janelle Wenzel is a Pediatric Operating Room Nurse at UW Health since July 2023. Previously, Janelle served as a Fair Week Area Coordinator at Jefferson County Fair Park for a brief time in July 2023. From January 2022 to June 2023, Janelle was a Float Teacher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and had responsibilities in the Child Development Laboratory, focusing on infant care. Janelle worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin from August 2019 to December 2021 and at SSM Health from October 2020 to October 2021, providing patient care and support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Summer Day Camp Counselor at the YMCA at Pabst Farms from April 2018 to January 2019, promoting youth development. Janelle holds a Second Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the same institution, as well as a High School Diploma from Jefferson High School.
