Director - Digital Marketing at UW Health

Matt Helf has a strong background in digital marketing, with over 17 years of experience in the field. Matt has held various roles in different companies, where they have been responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Starting in 2000, Matt worked as a Marketing Analyst at Provell, Inc. Matt then joined Omron Healthcare in 2003 as a Marketing Specialist, where they focused on product and category management as well as website development.

In 2007, Matt became an Interactive Marketing Manager at Life Fitness, where they managed global interactive marketing projects and led website and e-commerce initiatives. Matt worked there until 2009 when they joined AMA Insurance Agency as a Strategic Web Marketing Manager. In this role, they directed company-wide online marketing projects and was responsible for website management and email marketing programs.

From 2011 to 2012, Matt served as the Director of Marketing at TantaComm, where they led the company's marketing strategy, including brand messaging, digital presence, and lead generation activities.

After that, Matt worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Springs Window Fashions from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they defined the organization's digital marketing strategy and aligned it with the overall strategic objectives.

In 2017, Matt joined Fiskars Group as a Digital Marketing Lead, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy, including supporting omnichannel initiatives and brand positioning for ecommerce sales growth.

Most recently, Matt is working at UW Health as the Director of Digital Marketing. Matt started this role in October 2019 and is currently responsible for overseeing digital marketing initiatives.

Throughout their career, Matt has leveraged their expertise in web design, content development, user experience, and social media to help organizations achieve their business goals through their digital footprint. Matt brings a fresh perspective, process, transparency, and a touch of humor in working with their clients.

Matt Helf obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
