Project and Program Management Team

The Project and Program Management Team at UW Health is responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of projects and programs across the health system. This team ensures that initiatives in areas like pediatrics, kidney transplants, organizational change, facilities, IT services, disaster recovery, and strategic portfolio management are planned, managed, and completed efficiently.
