Julie Adams

Julie Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various industries. Julie currently holds the position of Director of Contract Management at UWL, where they lead negotiations with carrier base and customers, administers contracts, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to their current role, Julie worked as a Pricing Manager at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, optimizing pricing for parts, installations, and key accounts. Julie also served as a Senior Market Pricing Analyst at Ashley Furniture Industries, assessing pricing opportunities and determining the viability of new business opportunities. Before that, they held positions at XPO Logistics, Maersk Domestic, Bank of America, Chiquita, Horizon Lines, and UTi, United States, Inc., where they gained experience in business analysis, pricing, and contract management. Julie brings a strong analytical skillset and extensive knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry to their role at UWL.

Julie Adams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. In 1991, they briefly attended Florida Southern College to study Business Management Law, but did not complete a degree.
