Valery Duffels

Valery Duffels possesses extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager Uitkeren at UWV since July 2024, Valery previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Topgeschenken Nederland B.V. from April 2021 to August 2024, and at Vascobelo from May 2018 to February 2021, as well as at Staples from June 2004 to January 2018. At Staples, Valery played a key role in establishing the customer service department and was responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and employee policies. Prior roles also include Store Manager at Staples overseeing several locations and Verkoop Manager at Ahold, managing store departments with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction. Valery holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Commerciële economie with a specialization in marketing management from HES Amsterdam.
