Caroline Barrett

Caroline Barrett is an Analyst in Agricultural Value Chains at South Pole since October 2021, having previously held an intern position in the same area. Caroline's professional background includes roles in various organizations such as Mountain Operations at Bolton Valley Resort and an Office of Sustainability Intern at Colgate University. As part of the sustainability team, Caroline contributed to initiatives aimed at achieving carbon neutrality by 2019, alongside gathering data for the university's Greenhouse Gas Inventory. Additional experience includes research on environmental changes in the Arctic as a Student Researcher for Colgate University, marketing analysis for ShopKeep, entrepreneurial activities with The Waffle Cookie, and promotional roles for Colgate's recreational sports programs. Caroline's earlier internship as a Marketing and Operations Intern at Dick's Sporting Goods Open involved supporting PGA TOUR operations and managing sponsorship fulfillment. Caroline holds a degree from Colgate University and has also studied at the University of Cape Town.
