Ashok Kumar Ganguly

Ashok Kumar Ganguly has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Ashok Kumar started their career in 1989 as a Factory Manager at ESAB and stayed with the company for 26 years. In 2015, they joined Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited as Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing plant operations. In 2017, they joined Phoenix Conveyor Belt Systems GmbH as Director of Operations, where they had control over all operations and finance. Currently, they are working as the General Manager and Plant Head at V-Guard.

Ashok Kumar Ganguly completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they also received certifications in Lean Champion from Unipart Expert Practices (a Unipart Group company) in June 2011 and Value Stream Mapping from the Lean Enterprise Institute in March 2008.
