Jim Dickson

Jim Dickson has held various roles in different companies, starting off as a Marketing Intern at Berkshire Group, Ltd. Jim then moved on to positions such as Claims Specialist at Beacon Health Strategies, Client Service Representative at Fidelity Charitable, and Client Service Representative at CVS Caremark Corporation. Jim also worked at Randstad Technologies US as a Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiting Team Lead. Currently, Jim is the Director of People Operations at V Shred, a rapidly growing DTC fitness and supplement brand. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Westfield State University.
