Minh Ha has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Produce Retail Assistant and Assistant Manager at New World Supermarket. From 2009 to 2015, Minh worked at the University of Otago in various roles, including a PhD Candidate, Undergraduate Laboratory Demonstrator, Assistant Research Fellow, and Library Assistant. From 2015 to 2022, Minh worked at the University of Melbourne as a Lecturer in Protein Foods/Program Coordinator for the Future Food Hallmark Research Initiative, and a Research Fellow. Currently, Minh is a Technology Innovation Manager at v2food.
Minh Ha attended the University of Otago from 2006 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2008, a Postgraduate Diploma in Science in 2009, a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Food Science in 2011, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry in 2015.
