Nicholas Kuhlman began their career as a student at North Carolina State University in 2006. In 2008, they took on the role of Product Developer at Campbell Soup Company. From 2010-2013, they worked as a Product Development Specialist at Field Roast Grain Meat Company, where they implemented and maintained an MRP based inventory tracking system. From 2013-2017, they were a Research and Development Specialist at Conifer Foods, where they were the Lead Product Developer, managing development for all owned and private label brands. From 2017-2022, they worked as a Product Developer at Kellogg Company, partnering with marketing, consumer insights, quality assurance and nutrition to develop and launch new breakfast and nutritious snacks concepts. Currently, they are a Flavour Scientist at v2food.
Nicholas Kuhlman obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Chemistry from Augustana University (SD) between 2001 and 2005. Nicholas then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Food Science and Technology from North Carolina State University between 2006 and 2009. In 2015 and 2016, they completed a Certificate in Financial Planning and Services from Monarch Institute. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Product Innovation for Product Managers (June 2021), Being a Good Mentee (May 2020), Cultivating a Growth Mindset (May 2020), and Building Resilience (April 2020).
