Madhuri Mahadik

Madhuri Mahadik is currently the Head of Business HR at V2Solutions. Prior to their current role, Madhuri spent 6 years at LnT infotech, where they served as Executive-Compensation & Benefits. In this role, Madhuri was responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting in the creation of cost proposals for increment cycles, ensuring accurate payroll input for 9000+ employees, conducting career progression interviews, and more.

In addition to their role in Compensation & Benefits, Madhuri also served as Executive- People-Processes at LnT infotech. In this role, they were responsible for conducting exit interviews, designing a separation process for the organization, overseeing various employee motivation schemes, and more.

Madhuri has extensive experience in HR and has played a key role in the success of both V2Solutions and LnT infotech.

Madhuri Mahadik has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource from Symbiosis - Pune, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, and has received certification from TUV in Basic implementer of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and NIIT in AIT.

They are on a team with Anjan Chatterjee - VP, Global Delivery, Nila Drip - Head of RPA and Digital Transformation, and Amit Kachroo - Chief Revenue Officer. Madhuri Mahadik reports to Vijay Shah, President & CEO.
