Natascha Morgan has a diverse work experience in the fields of people operations, event operations, and tour management. In 2022, they started as a People Operations Manager at V7, where they managed the toolkit for training data engine. Natascha then moved to Neurolabs as a People & Operations Manager, where they managed talent recruitment and HR & employee experience duties. In 2021, they became a People & Operations Manager at HeySummit, a remote-first SaaS start-up. From 2018 to 2021, Natascha was the Senior Operations Manager at The Edit Events, a corporate and private events agency. In 2017, they were a Booking & Tour Manager at United We Fly Music Company, where they were responsible for booking festival & tour concerts in the DACH area. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Concert & Event Operations Manager at Grosse Freiheit 36, a famous and accredited concert and event venue.
