Marcin Głowacki

Marcin Głowacki is an experienced engineering manager and product owner at Vaadin, specializing in low code solutions since July 2022. Previously, Marcin worked at FIS from July 2015 to July 2022 as a senior software engineer and senior Java developer, focusing on Vaadin/REST customer visibility applications and SEPA services. Prior experience includes serving as a senior Java developer at CNS Outsourcing IT Sp. z o.o. from July 2012 to June 2015, where Marcin led the development of various custom systems, as well as a computer science teaching assistant at Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna w Warszawie while pursuing a PhD in security mechanisms in smart energy networks. Earlier roles include a network & system administrator and J2EE developer at the Military Communication Institute. Marcin holds a master’s degree in Communication and Information Systems from the Military University of Technology and studied at the University of Oulu.
