Clint McRae

Clint Mcrae has over 26 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Clint started their career in 1995 as a Recruiter at Micron Technology. After that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce in 1998, and then as a Human Resources Business Partner at Comdisco in 1999. Clint joined Sony Electronics in 2000 as a Sr. Recruiter. In 2002, they became a Recruitment Manager at Pfizer, and later took on the role of Talent Acquisition Director (Europe) at the same company. From 2012 to 2017, Clint served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Brown Brothers Harriman. Clint then moved to Vacasa in 2018, where they held various positions including International HR Manager, HR Director, Director of HR and Recruiting, Senior Director of Global HR, and currently, they work as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Clint Mcrae holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from Boise State University.
