Emily Mohr has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as an Account Manager at Lankford Communications, where they created press releases and maintained spreadsheets for client outreach. Emily then ventured into entrepreneurship as the Co-Owner of "Findings," a shop selling used clothing, home goods, and art. In 2017, they became a Front Desk Agent at Americans Best Inn & Suites, handling reservations and customer service. Emily also worked as a Housekeeper at Vacasa in 2018, focusing on attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Emily later joined JOAT Studio as an Administrative Assistant, where they developed pitches for their art series. Since 2019, Emily has been with Vacasa in various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Homeowner Account Specialist, Assistant General Manager, and currently serves as the Homeowner Accounts Team Lead.

Emily Mohr attended Portland State University from 2012 to 2016 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
