Rebecca Polatas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Vacasa since February 2021, Rebecca supports multiple states in performance management, workforce planning, training, development, and employee relations. Previously, as a Human Resource Generalist at House of Blues Entertainment, Rebecca managed comprehensive HR functions and led project teams to standardize department procedures. Additionally, experience as a Human Resources Manager at INCARE HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE INC included overseeing HR operations across seven offices and implementing electronic documentation systems.
