Sean McClintock

Sean McClintock has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sean started their career as an Assistant Instructor at Pelagia Scuba in 2005 and later worked as a Pastry Assistant at Jean-Georges Restaurant. In 2007, they became a Pastry Stagiaire at various locations before becoming a Hospitality Consultant in 2007, where they performed pre-opening financial analysis for a quick-service Mediterranean concept.

From 2008 to 2009, Sean worked as a Pastry Sous Chef at Cafe Juanita. In 2009, they joined AT&T as an Analyst & Agile Project Manager, where they managed the delivery of a self-service support web application and provided solutions architecture, project management, and quality assurance.

Sean then worked at Strong-Bridge Consulting from 2011 to 2016, initially as a Program and Project Leadership Consultant, where they managed the implementation of a private insurance exchange and integrated it with back-office systems. Sean later became a Key Account Director, responsible for sales, account management, and service delivery.

From 2016 to 2019, Sean worked at The Gunter Group as a Program and Project Leadership Consultant, leading projects such as the replacement of a client's digital experience technology stack.

In 2019, they joined Vacasa as a Technical Product Manager, delivering API solutions and leading an engineering team. Sean later became a Senior Product Manager, focusing on back-office software solutions for Finance and HR Operations. Currently, Sean is the Director of Product Management at Vacasa, overseeing the company's data platform and collaborating with company leadership to align data strategy and execute it across product and analytics teams.

Sean McClintock has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications & Networking from the University of Dayton, which was obtained from 1993 to 1997. Sean also has a Certificate in Pastry and Baking Arts and a Certificate in Culinary Management from the Institute of Culinary Education, obtained in 2006 and 2007 respectively. In addition, they completed the Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course at the U.S. Army Engineer School from 1997 to 1998. Sean has also obtained additional certifications in PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute and Machine Learning from Coursera in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
