Jennifer Rodriguez, MBA, CHAE, CHS has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as a Front Office Manager at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Jennifer then moved to IHR Management in 2004 as an Assistant Director of Finance, where they were responsible for PNL Analysis, Forecast and Budget preparation, Food and Liquor Inventories, Balance sheet Reconciliation, Sales Tax and Beverage surcharge tax preparation. In 2007, they were hired at Starwood Vacation Ownership as a Financial Analyst & Accountant, where they were responsible for partnering with the General Manager on all financial activity and financial decisions, developing and enhancing financial models, preparing resort budgets, budget summaries, capital expenditures, and quantifying risks and opportunities. In 2010, they joined Vista Hospitality - Crowne Plaza Downtown as a Controller, where they were responsible for Month End preparation, reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Inter-company accounts, Sales, Occupancy and Communication Services tax monthly preparation, reporting of weekly and monthly forecast, daily labor, and Room and F&B Revenue, complete Budget and Year End preparation, P&L analysis and monthly review, and General Cashiering and Accounts Payable duties. In 2013, they were hired at Westin Orlando Universal as a Director of Finance. In 2017, they joined Holiday Inn Resort Orlando-Lake Buena Vista as a Controller. Jennifer is currently employed at Vacatia as an Accounting Manager.

Jennifer Rodriguez obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (Major in Hotel & Tourism) from Universidad Externado de Colombia between 1996 and 2000. Jennifer then obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida - Rosen College between 2001 and 2002. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Central Florida between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, in April 2020, they earned their Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) certification from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®).
