Nora Laitinen

Nora Laitinen has worked in a variety of roles in the past fourteen years. Nora began their career in 2007 as a Project Manager at Terracon. In 2011, they joined Synvasive Technology, Inc. as a Quality Engineer, Production Materials Planning Associate Specialist, and Quality Assurance Inspector. In 2013, they moved to Filament! as Head of Operations, Senior Project Manager, and Export Controls Officer. In 2020, they were hired as a Project Manager at Gainwell Technologies, where they managed 40 routine and 3 federal- and state-mandated projects throughout the project lifecycle. In 2021, they were hired as a Senior Project Manager at PACTUM, and they are currently employed at Vacatia as a Senior Project Manager.

Nora Laitinen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada, Reno, which they obtained in 2020. Nora also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Engineering from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (2020), ISO 13485:2003 (2013), Engineer In Training (2002), Certified ScrumMaster (2021), and Project Management Professional (2019).
