Karen Cheung, MBA, has an extensive work experience that spans over 17 years. Karen currently serves as the Director of Email Marketing at Vacation Innovations, a position they have held since August 2020.

Prior to their current role, Karen spent ten years at Wyndham Destinations, where they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager. Karen completed their Masters in Business Administration and Management from UCF College of Business in the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Ecommerce Marketing/Marketing/Hospitality Management from 2001 to 2005. During the same period, they also earned a minor degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Restaurant and Foodservice Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

In addition to their degrees, Karen has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and expertise. Karen obtained the SalesForce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator certification from Salesforce in December 2021. In May 2011, they obtained a certification in Hospitality Management as a part of their minor degree from the University of Central Florida. Furthermore, they obtained a UCF Marketing Degree with eCommerce Certificate from the University of Central Florida in May 2005.
