Alice Trickett has a diverse work experience. Alice started working as a Summer Intern at the University of Warwick - School of Life Sciences in 2014, where they focused on studying the expression of proteins in yeast. Alice then interned as a Laboratory Intern at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in 2015, where they conducted cutting-edge research on potential novel therapies for MYCN AML mouse models. In 2017, Alice worked as a Research Assistant at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, University of Oxford, where they focused on various research projects until 2022. Alice also briefly worked as an Instructor at Mad Science and conducted a Final Year University Research Project at the University of Bath in the same year. Alice's most recent position is as an Immunology Scientist at Vaccitech, starting in August 2022.
Alice Trickett completed their primary and secondary education at Solihull School from 2006 to 2013, earning their GCSE degree. Alice then attended the University of Bath from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry with Professional Placement. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, they studied AS/A Level courses in Biology (A2), Chemistry (A2), Maths (A2), and Spanish (AS) at Solihull School.
