Hannah Currell

Hannah Currell has worked at two companies in their career. From April 2022 onwards, they have been working as an Associate QC Scientist at Vaccitech. Prior to that, they worked at Ukbiocentre from April 2020 to September 2021. At Ukbiocentre, they started as a Laboratory Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing a team of technicians, writing risk assessments and working practices, organizing the laboratory information management system, conducting health and safety checks, training new staff, and improving working pipelines. During their placement at Ukbiocentre, they also moved to the health and safety department, where they conducted laboratory walk-throughs, drafted emergency action plans and fire safety plans. Overall, Hannah's work experience includes laboratory supervision, health and safety responsibilities, and quality control in the scientific field.
