Jessica Mitsch Homes

Jessica Mitsch Homes is currently a Mentor in Residence at Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship, supporting students and alumni in their entrepreneurial endeavors. As Senior Director of Sales at Vaco, Jessica assists in finding tailored professional services. Additionally, Jessica serves as a Board Member for District C, which connects high school students with startups for real-world problem-solving experiences. Previously, Jessica co-founded and served as CEO of Momentum, successfully helping over 400 individuals transition into technology careers. Prior roles include Executive Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships at The Iron Yard and a position on the People Team at Red Hat. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston and studied abroad in Bangalore, India.
