Kimberly Shark has over 20 years of work experience in various roles primarily focused on recruiting and finance. Kimberly most recently worked as a Senior Director at Vaco starting in September 2020. Before that, they were a Principal Executive Recruiter at The Intersect Group for five years. Prior to that, Kimberly held the position of Vice President, Division Director, and Finance & Accounting Recruiting at Robert Half Finance & Accounting for ten years. Kimberly also has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Bose Corporation and Treasurer/Financial Analyst at Engi-Mat Co.

Kimberly Shark obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Valparaiso University in 1992.
