Michelle Andrade

Michelle Andrade is currently the Head of People & Culture at Vai Car. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People & Culture at VAI from September 2018 to May 2021. Michelle has also worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Manitowoc Company from June 2007 to August 2009 and as an Executive Assistant to the President/Council at the Brazil-India Chamber of Commerce from February 2005 to June 2007.

They are on a team with Yasmin Rodrigues - Head of Customer Experience, Fernando Fiuza de Souza - Co-Founder & CFO. Michelle Andrade reports to JP Galvao, CEO.
