Maria Magdalena Aime

Maria Magdalena Aime, known as Magui, has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as Manager of Health and Safety and Program Supervisor at Vail Resorts since October 2014. In these roles, Magui successfully oversees a multimillion-dollar operation, managing a team of over 80, and coordinates with local educational and governmental organizations for ski program implementation. Previously, Magui shaped the Guest Connect Department and developed a highly praised Guest Service Training program. Additional roles include serving as a Biology Lab Technician and Anatomy & Physiology Tutor at Lake Tahoe Community College and acting as a Design Thinking Coach for MINDS Garage. Magui's background also includes supervisory experience in activities management and ski instruction. Educational qualifications consist of an ongoing AA in Counselling from Lake Tahoe Community College and a Licentiate degree in Publicity from Universidad de Palermo, awarded Best Thesis Cohort in June 2011.
