Jānis Mateuss

Jānis Mateuss has a diverse work experience in the field of programming and frontend development. Jānis started their career as a Technical Expert at Baltic Open Solutions Center in February 2015 and worked there until September 2015. After that, they joined Culimeta Baltics as an Intern from September to December 2015 and later became a Programmer from January to March 2016. From April 2016 to January 2022, Jānis worked as a Frontend Developer at Vaimo, where they gained experience in working with Magento and Magento2 e-commerce platforms. Jānis then took on a role as a Senior Frontend Developer at Vaimo from February 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are working as the Engineering Competence Lead at Vaimo since April 2023.

Jānis Mateuss obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Vidzemes Augstskola / Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Adobe Certified Expert-Magento Commerce JavaScript Developer from Adobe in 2020, and as an Adobe Certified Expert-Magento Commerce Front-End Developer from Adobe in 2019.
