Gustavo Oliveira

Gustavo Oliveira has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. In 2021, they began working as an Application Support Coordinator for the Pierre Fabre Group, where they manage internal teams and coordinates external ones to optimize and develop internal skills, perpetuate knowledge, and deliver quality of service. Gustavo also ensures the skill level of the managed teams and coordinates all activities related to Service Delivery, Service Satisfaction, Service Accomplishment, Service Quality and Assurance, and Service Compliance. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Support Manager for VAKT Global Ltd. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Team Leader for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. From 2005 to 2015, they worked as a Field Support Engineer for CGI, where they managed general IT, resolved anomalies in IT, networks, and programming. From 2001 to 2005, they were a Técnico de Informática for Arsoft Consultoria e Desenvolvimento de Sofwares Ltda.

Gustavo Oliveira has a background in technology and informatics. Gustavo attended the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia de Informática. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Diocesano de Santo António, Portalegre (Portugal) from 2003 to 2004, where they achieved Nível IV in Tecnologias e Programação de Sistemas de Informação. From 2000 to 2003, they attended ETAPRONI - Escola Tecnológica, Artística e Profissional de Nisa (Portugal), where they achieved Nível III in Técnico de Informática de Gestão.
