Pekka Peltonen

Pekka Peltonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Pekka began their career as a Trainee at Nomini Networks in 2003 before moving on to Finnish Net Solutions as a Web Programmer in 2005. In 2006, Pekka worked as a Web Specialist at the Permanent Representation of Finland to the EU, where they managed streaming video broadcasts and assisted with web and media-related activities. From 2007 to 2014, Pekka served as a Quality Consultant at Qentinel Oy, providing testing and quality-related support to various clients in different industries. In 2015, they joined Wapice Ltd as a Software Testing Specialist, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Pekka is a QA Engineer at VALA.

Pekka Peltonen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Technology from Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they attended Kalajoen lukio. Later, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Information Technology at SeAMK - Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Pekka obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in November 2011.
