James Jay

James Jay was appointed as Chief Technology Officer in February of 2021. In his role, he is focused on listening to customers, understanding how Valant's software continues to drive clinical productivity, outcomes, and helping to stay ahead of customer’s needs as the behavioral health industry continues to evolve.

James has nearly two decades of experience building world-class software and services businesses at GE Healthcare and most recently, Agfa HealthCare. During his time at those organizations, he created solutions focused on improving clinical outcomes and workflow productivity across many healthcare verticals.
