John Burns, MAI, is a seasoned professional in the commercial and residential real estate sectors, currently serving as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors® since January 2019. As the Managing Member of Advisory Group LLC since April 2014, John specializes in real estate brokerage, analysis, and consulting. With experience dating back to 1992, John has held various positions including Real Estate Appraiser at Real Value Inc and Broker Associate roles at Alterra Realty Group, Inc., and Marcus & Millichap. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, earned between 1985 and 1989.
