Dorien Donker

Dorien Donker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, Dorien worked as a Cadet-Korporaal/Officier Technische Dienst i.o. at Defensie. In 2015, Dorien was a Horecamedewerker at Skanna Horeca Uitzendbureau and a Coördinator at PostNL, where they were responsible for managing drivers and orders. They also worked as an Automatenoperator at Pelican Rouge Group during this time.

From 2017 to 2019, Dorien worked as a UX/UI Lead, Pega System Architect at DICTU, where they translated functional requirements into user-friendly solutions. They also worked as a Rekentrainer at Studelta where they provided math training to VMBO students.

In 2020, Dorien joined DICTU again as a Pega System Architect, UI specialist, where they contributed to the development of a financial accountability application for Dienst Justiele Inrichtingen.

In 2021, Dorien worked as a Pega Senior System Architect, UI specialist at TU Delft and as a Leefstijlcoach.

Currently, Dorien is the HR/Talent Manager at Valcon since April 2023.

Dorien Donker's education history is as follows:

- From 2019 to 2021, Dorien attended the Academie voor Leefstijl en Gezondheid and obtained a degree in Leefstijlcoach with a field of study in Voeding en gezondheid (Nutrition and Health).

- In 2016 and 2017, Dorien studied at the Royal Military Academy. During this time, Dorien pursued a degree in Officier Technische Dienst i.o (Officer Technical Service) with a field of study in Techniek (Technology).

- From 2009 to 2014, Dorien enrolled at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Dorien completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a field of study in Industrieel ontwerpen (Industrial design) / Industrieel product ontwerpen (Industrial product design).

- In 2009, Dorien also took a course in Natuurkunde 1+2 (Physics) and Wiskunde B1+2 (Mathematics) at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

- From 2003 to 2008, Dorien attended Stedelijk College Zoetermeer (Picasso Lyceum) and obtained a HAVO degree with a field of study in EM (Economics and Society).
