Nikola Čuvalo

Nikola Čuvalo has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a Student Apprentice at Hrvatski Telekom in 2014 and later worked as an HR Assistant at Raiffeisen Banka d.d. and PLIVA in 2015. In 2017, Nikola joined SmartFlex Croatia as a Recruitment Consultant, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Consultant at Smart Group HR Solutions. In 2020, Nikola joined Typeqast and held multiple roles, including Recruitment Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Expert. Currently, Nikola is the Human Resources Lead at Valcon, starting in 2023.

Nikola Čuvalo completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu, starting in 2010 and finishing in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Zagreb, from 2013 to 2016.
