Tycho Luttik

Tycho Luttik is a Senior Business Consultant at Valcon since May 2019, where a focus on consultancy, technology, data, advanced analytics, and strategy within a North-West European context enhances client operations. Previous experience includes an internship in HR Talent Management at ING, where Tycho engaged in the selection and coaching of trainees using Agile methods, and a role as a Project Officer at Great Place To Work® Nederland, which specializes in employer excellence research and consulting. Tycho's academic background includes a Master of Science in Strategy & Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by an exchange program at Beijing University of Technology.
