Amos Duveen is a Councillor for the Liberal Democrats at Vale of White Horse District Council, and has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Amos started out as a Substitute Teacher at Monarch Education Recruitment from June 2011 to December 2012, and then became a full-time Teacher at Chenderit School from January 2012 to April 2015. Afterwards, they worked as a Licensing Data Analyst at Oxford University Press from April 2015 to March 2020, where they were responsible for supporting customers, taking feedback, and resolving data issues. Amos was also successful in seconding into an Editorial role, working on English and bilingual Hindi content. Amos's contributions to product development led to an estimated £1 Million in new business for the company.
Amos Duveen achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire. Amos then went on to complete a PGCE in Science: Physics from the University of Birmingham.
