Tayanne Gil de Almeida

Tayanne Gil de Almeida is a Master Lawyer at Vale since August 2022, specializing in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project documents and agreements related to corporate and M&A transactions, both domestically and internationally. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Andrade Gutierrez from May 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities encompassed M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and legal support for complex financing agreements. Earlier roles included a legal internship at SITA, providing support across multiple jurisdictions, and an internship at Corrêa da Veiga, Peltier, Rufino e Abreu Advogados, focusing on lawsuit monitoring and legal research. Tayanne holds degrees from respected institutions including FGV, Ibmec, and Universidade Candido Mendes, and is currently pursuing an extension course at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
