Dwayne Sills is a CPA and MBA with a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Dwayne started their career as a Staff Accountant at UPS in 2004 and later worked as a Business Professional, focusing on Financial Reports and Plans, from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Tri-Arrows Aluminum, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and gradually progressed to roles such as Financial Planner, Corporate Controller, and Director of Accounting. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Accounting and Compliance at Tri-Arrows Aluminum, Inc.

Dwayne Sills, CPA, MBA, graduated from the University of Louisville in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Dwayne then pursued further education at Indiana University-Southeast, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2011. In April 2014, Dwayne also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Kentucky Board of Accountancy.
