Ryan Lalkaka

Ryan Lalkaka has had a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at TIDE (Together in Development and Education) Foundation in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Abbott. In 2018, they worked as an Industrial Trainee- Human Resources at JW Marriott Hotel Mumbai and as an Intern at TIDE (Together in Development and Education) Foundation. In 2020, they worked as a Summer Management Analyst at Suzlon Group. Currently, they are working as a Client Solutions Associate at Valence and as a Co-Pilot for Zoom at Ivey Business School at Western University. At TIDE (Together in Development and Education) Foundation, they have held roles as Director of Strategy and Expansion and Head Of Human Resources, enabling the organisation to successfully execute growth strategies and providing effective solutions for talent requirements. At Valence, they are working to help business leaders in Fortune 500 companies improve and sustain team health in their organization.

Ryan Lalkaka has a comprehensive education history. Ryan attended St. Xavier's High School. Loyola Hall, Ahmedabad from 2002 to 2013, where they completed their Higher Secondary(10+2). Ryan then attended St. Kabir High School, Ahmedabad from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a High School degree. After that, they attended Institute of Management, Nirma University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they attended Ivey Business School at Western University from 2020 to 2021, where they earned an MSc In Management, International Business with a focus in International Business.
