Marie-Hélène Thoraval has extensive experience in local governance and regional development, currently serving as Maire of Ville de Romans-sur-Isère and Première Vice Présidente for Valence Romans Agglo, focusing on attractiveness, regional influence, and creative industries. Since December 2015, Marie-Hélène has held the position of Conseillère Régionale for the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Additionally, Marie-Hélène is the Présidente of the commission d'attribution des logements for Valence Romans Habitat and serves on its board. Marie-Hélène has also been the Présidente du Conseil de Surveillance for HOPITAUX DROME NORD since July 2014, and previously held leadership roles at ecoparc rovaltain and Habitat Pays de Romans. Prior political experience includes serving as Député de la Drôme from January 2011 to June 2012. Marie-Hélène holds a Mastère in Management Développement territorial from EM Normandie Business School and a master's degree in Gestion et administration des entreprises from Université de Caen Normandie.
