Christopher Lorscher

Christopher Lorscher currently serves as a Professor of Physics at Seminole State College of Florida, a position held since August 2014, while also functioning as an Adjunct Professor of Physics at Valencia College since August 2011. Throughout this academic tenure, Christopher has taught both introductory and calculus-based physics courses, with an average of 12 contact hours each week. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Central Florida from August 2008 to May 2014, where responsibilities encompassed teaching laboratory sections and assisting in courses designed to engage students in STEM fields. Christopher Lorscher holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics along with a Master's Degree in Physics, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering. Academic credentials also include a Bachelor's Degree in Physics/Mathematics from the University of Central Florida.
