Ariella Levita has extensive work experience as a legal counsel, specializing in providing comprehensive services to technology and high-tech companies. From 2009 to 2022, they worked as an independent legal counsel, handling various legal matters such as commercial dealings, negotiations of agreements, software and hardware licensing, privacy and intellectual property matters, funding and investments, corporate issues, and HR-related issues. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein and Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. Ariella also served as a Legal Counsel to the Office of the Chief Scientist at the Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor from 2003 to 2005. Currently, they hold the role of Legal Counsel at Valens Semiconductor since 2022.
Ariella Levita attended Tel Aviv University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During the same time period, they also completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree at Tel Aviv University. In 2005 to 2006, they attended Yale Law School, focusing on the study of law. In 2022, they pursued further education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they completed a program in Executive Education focused on public policy.
