Manoj Lodhavia

Manoj Lodhavia has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Manoj started their career as a Consultant at TCS and later worked as a Managing Consultant at Decision Technologies. Manoj then founded their own professional services organization called Systems Strategies, Inc., where they provided consulting services in IT strategy, process re-engineering, and project management.

Later, they joined Affymetrix, Inc. as an IT Manager, responsible for implementing and governing Enterprise Applications. Manoj also led various projects to streamline IT support processes and integrate different systems.

Manoj then joined InterGen as a Project Manager before working at Bodhtree as the Director of Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for customer satisfaction and revenue growth by leading, growing, and mentoring onsite/offshore delivery teams.

After that, they worked at Cisco Systems as a Program Manager, where they provided consulting services. Manoj recently joined Valent U.S.A. Corporation as the Associate Director of PMO and Application Development.

Throughout their career, Manoj has demonstrated a strong skillset in project management, team leadership, client relationships, and IT solutions implementation.

Manoj Lodhavia holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree in Marketing from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies - Mumbai University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI - Mumbai University.
